Bad quality and worse return process.
I ordered a dress from this company. When received it had a small hole in the chiffon near the zipper, was overall poor quality, and was a poor fit. I asked to return the item for a refund and the company took a long time getting back, and was attempting partial refunds and coupons for their website. When I insisted on returning they reported they do not provide return shipping, and had a bunch of other rules. Originally o agreed to pay return shipping, but with the tracking number and the address in China, it was $58 to return the dress and the entire price was $40 for the dress. It made no sense to return it. The company is sketchy and scammy. I wish I had never bought the dress.
