easy to use but very expensive
It's definitely easy to use, but my train ticket cost nearly 60% more than face value in Japan. I've only realized the difference now that I've collected the ticket and the price is on it. My fault for sure for not looking into it more, but the rail ninja website definitely didn't show the gap in prices anywhere.
