The company is based out of Hong Kong but mimics like It is Europe based. It advertises easy returns, but they are very complicated. Read further down the return policy page. There are delays in shipping so when you try to return something all things need to be returned at the same time with a 30 day window to receive it (traveling to Hong Kong) so if the other item is delayed and arrives in similar poor quality you’d be tricked into not being able to return the last item due to that policy and possibly purposefully delay tactic. Next, they have a long list of exclusions and consider any sale item to be a “flash sale” an excluded return but don’t list it such So on the website. Even writing easy returns within 30 days next to each sale item. The original interaction they refused to allow refund. They tried to say it was a “flash sale.” When i pointed out their own very complicated return policy that would still allow me to return it. They finally let me return it. I also addressed the delayed item in that as well and they let me cancel that order. The other 3 items were returnable with a paid shipping label I dad to pay more to the company and am still waiting on it to be sent. But if you pay your own you have to try to get into their website and add a tracking label and it appears that that would be complicated. Overall it will cost me $20 for shipping to get poor quality clothing made in China acting as of its high end clothing from Europe. They tried to give me $40 in returned and I keep the messed up clothing. instead of the $100 owed back. Which would have resulted in losing even more money even with the $20 shipping total. I received the shipping label so we will now see if I actually get the returned money eventually or if they say it got lost in the mail or pretend the clothing was damaged when returned like they tried with other reviewers. Will update with final results when have them. Steer clear. This company is just another fake Chinese one. Dressed up even cuter with clothing on the website that look adorable but are not the clothing that arrives. Poor material quality, awkward design. Inconsistent sewing quality. Likely stole photos from another company or used AI and just created poor knock offs. I looking at more reviews I see they have already been called out for not representing sale and no returns accurately on their website previously and told that person they were wrong. I encountered the same exact thing with it not being marked correctly as well and discovered I had to email them separately to have them mark them as returnable. The company may appear to respond quickly and effectively to reviews on here, but do not be fooled. It is lip service and they don’t change their practices to reflect better costumer experience. If they respond quickly to bad reviews then they get better marks on this platform and look like their rating it’s higher than it should be. This company continues to try to take advantage of poor clothing quality, difficult return processes that end up costly for the consumer, and this review structure process.
