Where is my osha-30 card??
I've completed a osha-10 and a osha-30 through this website. Everything went well when I did my osha-10 but it wasn't until i completed osha-30 that I started having issues. Osha-10, no problem, completed course got a certificate and my card in the mail withing 2 weeks. Osha-30, completed course, downloaded a certificate and till this day I am waiting for a e-mail reply about my card not being sent. When I called customer service I was informed that I wasn't in their system for a completed course and that they were going to elevate my issue to a different department and someone was going to contact me with more information. Osha-30 was completed in February, it is almost June now.
