DO NOT BUY. I have purchased an item (paid £22 extra to get it delivered faster). It hasn't yet arrived, customer service stated that the carrier informed that the item is lost and they can resend it for free (I no longer need it now as it hasn't arrived for the date I needed it for), no problem I replied, but I want a full refund. They replied that they can only give me 50% of the money back because "According to our return policy, for order cancellation after 24 hours, and the order states shows "unfulfilled", within the processing time, we will refund 50% of the total price (after 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers)." They then asked it I still want to cancel the order otherwise they would only refund me 50% of the total price. Well, I have not cancelled anything after 24 hours, they have lost the package so I want my refund, I gave them 24 hrs to reply and confirm the refund otherwise I will just get a chargeback.
