Overall not a pleasant order
I waited more than 48h before receiving my order confirmation or seeing my order in the order tab in my profile. A bit stressing when it is your first order with we crochet. The delivery time was reasonable for Australia. The yarn ordered was nice. However some of the yarn ordered were full of knots! 3 knots for a 100m skein is unacceptable.
