I would rate 0 stars if possible- ordered a headpiece mid September for my daughter’s costume with an estimated shipping arrival date of October 18—. No problem, it’ll be here in time——- I’ve emailed 3 times, as tracking hasn’t updated— as in, none—- they assured it had shipped, but USPS hasn’t received it… it’s now. Oct 30- tracking still hasn’t updated, no head piece, and Cossky isn’t responding to my request for refund…
