Zero support
Tried to get a fairly simple response from their support bot - didn’t work. Asked me if I wanted to talk to an agent - “average waiting time 5 mins”. 30 minutes later - gave up! Don’t offer a service if you actually haven’t got humans to man it🤷♂️
