Do not trust these people!!

Do not trust these people!!! I ordered two kids costumes on September 22nd for Halloween. Their website states that purchases prior to Oct 4th will arrive for Halloween. I was guaranteed multiple times I would get both costumes by Oct 29. For some reason they were not shipped together... It is Nov 2nd and I am still waiting for one. So one of my kids got theirs and not the other... Makes for a fun Halloween. Got a matter of fact email from them today just stating the one costume is delayed. What a joke... I have never spent so much money on a costume but my daughter has been eying this one for two years. Finally gave in and then it doesn't come. Prepare for that level of disappointment when you purchase from Cossky.
