Follow up
My intent is to provide a follow up to my initial review which wasn't stellar While I had a defective product, the customer service after my complaint was amazing, including an email from the CEO & founder At the end of the day, I was immensely impressed with the duty of care for their clients and equally important, the quality of products for the end users (our beloved pets)
