Product return process was horrendous
Product return process was horrendous. Communication took forever to finally receive the return label, and after it was shown delivered, I never received the eligible refund, and they completely stopped responding to my emails for unknown reasons. I had to go thru my credit card company to get the refund. I initially heard good things about PuffItUp but sadly this experience will be my first & last time shopping with them.
