Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company. I placed a large order and received no notification that it had been delivered. After waiting considerably longer than expected, I contacted the company several times asking for an update and initially received no response. When they eventually replied, I was told that the order had apparently been delivered approximately two and a half weeks earlier. I had never received the package or any notification of the delivery. After I pushed them for photographic proof, they eventually provided a delivery photograph. The photograph actually confirmed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address, approximately five doors away from my correct address. I personally went to that address to try to recover the package, but by then more than two weeks had passed. I was informed that packages which do not belong at that address are only held for a limited period before being returned to the courier or disposed of. Despite their own photographic evidence showing that my order was delivered to the wrong address, to date I have received no refund, no meaningful apology and no satisfactory resolution. The lack of communication was bad enough, but taking no ownership after being provided with clear evidence that the package was misdelivered has made the experience considerably worse. Very unhappy with how this has been handled and, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.
