Avoid.
Basic request take weeks. Can not give you verification of your funds. They are young and eager but simply lacking in several key basic services. Do not trust them until they're able to resolve there many many issues. Issues such as showing historical interest values incorrectly. Or having improper date formats for CSV outputs for tax purposes. Or having any non-Singapore customer have their accounts held in politically instable Hong Kong. Or inability to show proof of ownership of account, despite requiring KYC. Or showing your account balances in your email address, when repeated requested to stop. Or having a beneficiary in the event of death. Etc etc etc.
