Ive been a dedicated Horizon Hobby and spektrum user, have spent thousands of dollars to support my hobby Thru these two companies. I have a NX10 that I screwed up in updating and file transfer. I sent it in and they fixed it and turned it around in 5 business days. I received good communication and dealt with a man named Craig. Really happy with this guys
