So glad I decided to make my health a priority with EH!
I am very happy that I chose to join this program - not just for fat loss but to be healthier & stronger. Every aspect of this healthy protocol has delivered - it is a mind, body & soul approach and while I didn't think I needed the extra support, it made a difference and it made it a more meaningful and fun experience. The knowledge and science behind the protocol have proven true, the program is well organized and doable, and the individualized approach is helpful. It really is transformative, as my positive results are clear, but I've happily made some significant changes to my overall daily routine, and simply put, I feel great! Thank you EH!
