Good customer service
Two times had to contact the customer service: one time when the shipping company has lost my package, another time when printer stopped working. Both time they were surprisingly responsive and resolved my issue within days. I know bad things happen and manufacturing defects can always happen, so I am happy to know that Qidi keeps me covered.
