7 years ago, I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from William Painter. Not cheap, but look great, and come with a lifetime warranty. Awesome. Roll forward to last month. That's April 2026. I'm in Rio, Brazil. I live in the UK. Always have done. I'm about to head to Ipanema Beach and as I get a pair of William Painter sunglasses out, I notice on one lens there are 2 scratches. Roll forward 10 days, and I go online regarding the warranty. No problem say William Painter. Send us pics if you can. I did. Within 24 hours I'd had confirmation a replacement pair had shipped, and within 1 week I had received that new pair all the way over the pond from the US of A to the UK. That, is gold standard customer service. I've told lots of people. Thank you very much guys, and you Brittany!
