Horrifically managed company that has taken a great idea and turned it into a nightmare. While my location is generally accurate The upselling to premium protect is so aggressive that I am so far unable to change the battery in my device. No matter what I do it won't give me an advice option and it won't let me confirm my "regular" Premium subscription through the app either. The only way I can do anything is if I try premium protect for free " " which is a tripling of costs over the current subscription I have. This is ridiculous. Can someone take this great idea and actually make it work? It is not rocket science.
