Binocular
I ordered a binocular with specs of 20x50. When it arrived I immediately tested it and I was so disappointed that picture was distorted or has double image. This item is not usable. Its magnification specs is not true as advertised in the website. It looks like the magnification is only 4x and besides its unusable due to distorted image. I immediately write the customer service about the problem and they promised to correct it. I attempted to send it back to K&F as I was advised to do so but the problem is no courier would accept sending the item back to China since partner courier in that country refused to accept it. Hence, I was not able to send it back. The customer service offered to refund half of the cost of the item and keep the product. Since I have no choice, I accepted the offer. As of today the 50% refund has been received. Overall I still lost money in this transaction however, the customer service is quick to respond to make some adjustments.
