The quality of items is great but…
The quality of items is great, and I enjoy doing them. My issue is about customer service. I made a duplicate order accidentally and tonecheer will not refund me. I placed a charge back with my bank, they still refused my refund until I cancelled the charge back. My bank stated not to cancel charge back in case they don’t refund me, which is what they are doing. I bought a lot from them and they won’t refund me what I’m entitled to. Very disappointed . Seems to me they want to wipe out chargeback to make themselves look good. I will not recommend them for their customer service once they have your money
