The worst customer support.
I strongly recommend you not to buy from this website. I bought a 110V strobe light for photography because I live in Canada but they sent me a 220V EU type instead. I contacted them via email with the pictures of the box and the product and screenshots of my order attached but customer support thinks I ordered the wrong item instead of them putting wrong information and SKU( D7892US ) on the website. No reply since two days ago. I own different strobe lights from the same company so I tested with the cable , but it only went half the strength. Now, there is a big useless chunk of light laying in my house and I have no idea what to do with it. I hope I can get my money back. Order number: AN21J21C3729-ICRHFB
