Payment resolved swiftly
I have read various experiences regarding payments. I’d like to share a good one. I found out - rather late - that through an initial IQ test I had subscibed to a monthly subscription. I’ve reached out to their customer support team and the issue was resolved swiftly and satisfactory. They did return all payments. A textbook example as far as I’m concerned.
