Reliable, low-stress and great communication
GREAT communication from Ahmed in Luxor. He whatsapped me the day before to verify the times for my airport pickup, and then on the day sent 3 photos of the car clearly showing the registration so I could be confident that I had the right guy. Then he arrived several minutes early and was polite and helpful. Sure, the car was a basic taxi and the AC was a half open window, hence 4 not 5 stars, but I can't fault the service. This genuinely made for a dependable, low-stress and pleasant end to my stay in Luxor, which is not always the most low-stress city!
