Lovely experience
Had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Was reassured with the speedy but patient responses, multiple photos on request, honesty about general condition of the bag, and etrupy certificate with money back guarantee. Everyone was very knowledgeable as well on thr various bags highly recommend
