SCAM!
SCAM!! RUN AWAY FROM RUBRID!! SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!! I have been dealing with this company's fake procedure for a refund for 2 weeks now. I have experienced the same issues as other reviewers have reported. No order or invoice receipt, fake tracking; delivery that never occurred- although notified that package was delivered to addressee and signature received; long, convoluted shipping trail. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THIS SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM RUBRID!! ALSO, when I requested copies of my transaction documents, multiple times, "Customer Service" repeatedly replied with an email explanation of their refund process and time-frame. RED FLAG!!OBVIOUSLY they don't have any such invoice, order,or receipt to send!
