Local delivery for a purchase made on Shopee on 11th May and item is still at the delivery hub on the 21st of May. How does this work? I had another purchase made for an item via Taobao on 11th May as well from China and that was delivered on the 16th. Are you seriously trying to tell me that a local delivery takes longer than an international one? Customer service is non existent and I was advised by them that it will take another 3-5 business days for item to arrive due to shortage of drivers. Cancelled my Shopee delivery as I can’t be bothered to deal with ninjavan in general as they’ve misplaced my package once before after waiting for weeks on end.
