I purchased 2 products but only received 1. And not to mention the delay in receiving the product. You could focus more on Brazil, as you are recommended on several Youtube Channels. The product I received is EXCELLENT, the service via email is VERY GOOD. My displeasure was that I didn't receive my backpack, but I got a refund for the product without any problem.
