Airpaz cancellation dispute
Airpaz Code: 1032910234 Due to a change in plans a request was made to cancel flights well in advance of scheduled departure date. The terms of the booking indicate that cancellation is subject to the individual airlines cancellations policy. Our flights were with WIngs Air and their policy indicates a 25% cancellation fee and money returned to original credit card used form payment. Our total payment for the flight was AUD$784.57 (made up of two payments. One initially for the flights and then a later payment to increase baggage allowance). Based upon the cancellation policy and a fee of 25% the refund should be $588.42. Contrary to the Airlines policy we have received an AIrpaz voucher totalling only AUD$449.56. We have absolutely no use for a voucher and this is not consistent with the cancellation policy and is also misleading. We request that a refund for the correct amount ($588.42.) is made to our credit card which was used for payment
