Great place to learn yoga ,philosophy, deep explaination of every asanas, so that we can perform well with alignment . Spbly explanation of Pranayama and meditation..thank for teaching ...🙏must go for that...u will feel spb growth..but at the same tym your own involvement and hardwork should be there...👍👍👍 I have loved every single minutes at Vinyasa Yoga ashram. It's such a beautiful setting by the river and near the mountains. If you are looking for a place to be completely immersed in the yoga practice and away from any distraction, this is your place. In the winter, it is a bit colder but we have the luxury of having heaters in the rooms so what's not to like. The food is scrumptious, we even ask the chefs to give us a cooking class He was delighted to show us his skills. The teachers are very professional and experienced. I can only praise this place
