"Shipping Policy" Terrible Refund Policy
After reviewing the "Shipping Policy", I'm disappointed in my assumption that this company would offer adequate customer service. If I had ordered "Free Shipping" I would not have to pay for the shipping fee, although since I ordered "Express Shipping", which took an OBSURD 3.5 weeks to arrive at my door step, October 15 - November 2, it's apparent this company knew what it was doing in terms of making a profit from foreign buyers in America, without delivering the product in a timely manner. "If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the original shipping fee." Had I known the $22.99 "Express Shipping" Option would take SO long to ship, I would have never purchased from this company, especially considering they want me to pay ANOTHER $22.99 to ship it back to them. I advise others not to ever order from this company located in CHINA.
