Poor knowledge. Just guessing what could be wrong. Have to repeat responses over and over again because either not reading my messages or not understanding. WHY CAN'T YOU PEOPLE HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT IN THE UNITED STATES??
