I don’t want the shoes I just want a refund….
This company keeps sending me emails at 01:30-0200 hours UK Time. The shoes are not as described, they are certainly not orthopedic as descriptions on the website. Absolute scam of a company. I have already written a review and still being messed about, telling me to keep the shoes at first offering 20% off then now offering 50% off. Shoes will not be worn due to poor quality, flat packed shoes leather damage/ fumes smelling and certainly not no where near of being orthopaedic.
Just send me the damn address for a full refund and stop sending emails giving discount. Do not order any shoes as they are no where near as pictures and shoes do not come in boxes quality of shoes poor. You would most probably have to carry an extra pair of shoes with you if you wear them as they will come apart. Very poor quality and very dramatic company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF YOU DON’T WANT STRSS OF RETURNING. Absolute nightmare of a company and contact details are a joke

What an absolute joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and only received one pair of shoes. Contact centre is an absolute joke. The quality of shoes are not ortopedic as advertised. The sole of the pair of shoes I received are slippery foam and make of shoe stinks like parafin. Does not come in a box and when you contact customer services not reluctant to refund so avoid buying anything from this company as I do not recommend. I usually read reviews before I buy and did not read any reviews until after I ordered. Just wish I did read reviews before I purchased. Absolute nightmare of a company.

In return to my complaint stating I do not want the goods I receive a crazy response. I have already stated not to offer me any products or tell me to keep items I will not use. Dear customer,
