Recently purchased a book on-line from Ben's Natural Health. Promptly received the book; surprised by its size - larger than expected. Only issue was during the checkout at the submit/confirm order, the next page was blank and I received no confirmation at that time that the order was completed. I did, however, receive an email a few minutes later with the purchase and confirmation information. Maybe was just a glitch in the system at the moment I placed my order.
