Non-existent customer service
I did buy a Nitecore torch from them. Emailed them literally within an hour from placing the order. I did check the delivery time and it was too long for me. I just needed the product quicker. So I asked them to cancel the order. No one replied to my email. I sent another email two days after that. Again, no reply (apart from automated one). Emailed again two days later. No reply. And obviously no product. I had to report this to my bank. And even if the product will eventually turn up, I'll have to send it back. Absolutely useless customer service. By the way, they state they reply within 24 hours :) I don't recommend this website.
