I'm calling BS on Award Winning Customer Service!
I placed an order. It arrived but was the wrong item in the wrong size. I contacted customer service. They asked me to return the item with a prepaid envelope, but I now have to use my gasoline and my time to return an item that was their mistake. Then they told me that they would waive shipping when I re-ordered. I have nothing for my money and time except another errand to do. I do not believe that their customer service deserves any awards that they claim to have. After the same kind of reply from The Company Store, they still did nothing for me. They blew a bunch of smoke and told me to call them. Why would I do that? My pound of flesh is this review because I'm not interested in a company who treats customers like that with the first purchase. I have always shopped at the Vermont Country Store for my high end pajamas and bedding. Everyone who reads this should too. They have similar items and they know how to treat a new customer to keep them coming back.
