VAT EU problem
I recently purchased goods from your company, and I have noticed that you charged me Polish VAT on the invoice. However, as a VAT-registered business in Poland , this transaction should have been treated as an intra-community supply (ICS) with 0% VAT, under EU VAT regulations (Directive 2006/112/EC, Article 138).
