The transparency of their total cost is lacking and customer services doesnt exist.
Try someone else! The quality and timing on receiving the best logo I needed was very good. The actual process of paying for the service has been the MOST AWFUL experience I have had. I first paid $54 for the initial service, then 3 days later $340 for the copyright legal service. Here I clearly asked the team to please tell me the whole things I need to be aware of payments. They said this was it. Well, 1.5 months later I got another called that the Legal team cleared the ownership but needed to pay another $385 additional. And this will be every 2-5 years... up to me. I was furious and neither the project manager, customer service or legal department rep owned that they WERE not transparent and honest up front with their business. This started back in September 2021, now after 5 months I still have not received legal documents that cost me this much. Try someone else! Sure.
