Horrible horrible experience
I wanted to give no star but it wouldn't let me.. Horrible horrible experience. Money money money. Been dealing with them since June 2021. Brett and Everett. Cost me $50 a ticket first time due to my father being in the hospital not able to fly. Cost me $90 a ticket now November because of their mistake they had me leaving from Charleston, SC not CHARLESTON, WV where I live. I live in Charleston, WV. I corrected Brett several times on the phone. And still booked us 5 of us leaving from Charleston, SC not Charleston, WV 7 hours from my home. Wanted to charge me $90 per ticket for their mistake. If I would pay that they couldn't get us on the same flight nor the same times. So that meant my AirBnb was not available nor refundable for the change nor the car rental from the air port. I have cried all day. Now we are going to lose all that money and drive with my elderly dad that has had a broken pelvic and arthritis and neuropathy and hurts all the time. I am so sad and upset at their mistake.
