My experience with Sports Direct’s customer service was incredibly disappointing. I asked a simple question about whether delivery charges to Cyprus include taxes or customs duties. The response I received was vague and contradictory, offering no clarity. One part of the reply claimed taxes were included, while another suggested I might need to pay them upon delivery. For a company offering international shipping, it’s unacceptable that their customer service cannot provide a straightforward and accurate answer. This lack of transparency and professionalism has made me lose trust in their service.
