Excellent experience
Grace and Xiang were excellent in their communication and in guiding me through the entire process of developing a collection as this was my first time. I have learnt a lot from them and the final product was exactly as I expected. They were kind enough to share tips and advice at every step of development from tech packs to digital designs and physical samples - at every step I was sent detailed information, pictures and videos so I knew what was happening.
