There’s NO customer “support team”! It’s an AI BOT.
I did contact your “support team”, which is an AI bot that instantaneously rejects any claim and refused to send me a refund. No human help or support so don’t try to kid anyone. I just got my credit card bill yesterday and saw the $39.99 charge from Trynnerly. I immediately called to protest the charge and cancel. You claim I needed to cancel within 14 days, however I didn’t even know I signed up and cancelled once I did. It’s a sneaky and tricky way to do business. With no customer support to help.
