Company sells junky jewelry on an AMERICANIZED website to deceive US customers into thinking they are buying from a US company! It’s Chinese which is not mentioned and good luck trying to contact them there’s nothing about returns in their FAQ and no options for customer service! Please read my email to them I will update if I get a response: just received the necklace you sent which IS NOT THE NECKLACE SHOWN! The necklace I ordered was much longer as in the photo below and has beads. I received a short necklace I can’t even fit around my neck, and it’s junk! I’m 64 years old and know jewelry very well. There is costume jewelry that is quality and worth $50 and then there’s crap that Chinese companies sell under Americanized websites to mislead US customers. I am NOT happy and want an immediate refund. I am going to Trust Pilot and make known who you really are!
