Clarence from SIMBA Support attended to me when I raised a expedite request due to my travel plan. After communicating with him several times in the past 2 days, my concern was not addressed at all. I even approached NetLink and they had suggested SIMBA to email them direct. However, not only Clarence did not help, he didn't give me a valid reason.
Be aware when you are applying Shipping coupon which is obtained from Qoo10 Roulette Q. Such coupon is still considered as cart discount. In other words, the cart discount is applied on items price but shipping fee is still counted towards the payment amount. This is important if you are participating in their cashback event. I had applied shipping coupon to offset the shipping fee and made a payment of $71.1 but not eligible for cashback event due to shipping coupon is classified as cart discount. Qoo10 Customer service insisted such shipping coupon is also considered as cart discount but unable to explain why is it named as "Shipping coupon" and do not deduct from shipping fee directly. They also claimed that such classification is designed by their marketing.
