Not wool and not hand knitted!
Just received the jumper. The website stated they are hand crafted and made from natural wool yarn but the label says polyester! Very poor quality. As for the photo of someone knitting one of the jumpers on the website...........We have been conned. I'm asking for a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
