Horrible
Horrible! Terrible customer service! Ordered my daughter's costume October 13. Just received it November 16. I reached out numerous times and no response. After my order was placed, I received a message that my costume would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. They didn't even ship the costume until I filed a dispute through PayPal. Numerous attempts to get my money back have failed. This website should be taken down so no one else gets ripped off and scammed.
