Horrible customer service all around. FRAUD ALERT!
I ordered 2 costumes on October 2nd and they promised a delivery by 10/15. They waited 2 weeks to even pull or ship my order and it arrived on November 2nd. Their lack of communication is deplorable and they offered to refund my money, but pay for the shipping which would be the price of the costumes that I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
