Had issues trying to check in with my hotel in Bucharest, agora wasn’t much help and the person on the other end of the messaging service seems more interested in in giving me a refund rather than he,ping getting it sorted. Even after I managed to get checked in via the hotel help number, agoda still tried to cancel my booking and refund me the money.
