Hi whilst on holiday in Thailand, I dropped my Hoverair into the sea which caused unrepairable damage. I contacted Iris from customer services, who was very helpful and understood my concern. They sent me a replacement at a very reasonable price so I didn’t need to buy the complete kit. Hoverair could have very easily bumped up the price for a replacement, which they didn’t. The Hoverair is such a fantastic and unique product which folds away into your pocket and once set, flies itself, and I am looking forward to using it again on my next holiday. Highly recommended
