Silence from this company after 10 days. When you call, there's a 30 minute hold. When you finally speak to someone, they're passive aggressive, read from a script, don't answer your questions, and make false promises. Avoid this service. I had to ask for a refund. I've used this visa service for two decades. It's fast, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was somewhat less satisfactory than earlier encounters, though. Applications for Chinese visas are now done electronically. Unfortunately, CIBT haven't updated their instructions, so much of the information on their website and in their messages was confusing and required several calls to sort out. Additionally, some of the tips that staff provided me, like using my phone camera instead of Walgreens for passport photos, could have been made available on their website. Finally, CIBT sent me confusing email messages, like the one that informed me that my visa was still being processed on the very day that it was returned to me.
