Mis-selling eSIM advertised as "unlimited"
If the eSIM is advertised as "unlimited data", this isn't true. I ordered a 30day unlimited eSIM for Spain, but it turns out this IS limited !! to 30Gb. I complained to EIOT, and they said "30-day unlimited plan for use in Spain Spain includes a total of 30GB of high-speed data; once this is exceeded, the speed will also drop to 384Kbps" So it's definitely NOT as advertised. I will now raise this issue with the Ombudsman as this feels like mis-selling
